Ghouls, Goblins, and Ghosts oh my! This witches brew will keep your spirits high (and those spirits away)—plus, you don’t even need a cauldron!

We use gin made with Butterfly Pea flowers in this fun take on a gin rickey. This delicate flower changes color in the presence of acidity, so when you add the lime juice, watch the sorcery happen!

Let’s Get Stirrin’

Serves: 1

Special Tools: Cocktail spoon

Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients

½ oz. Lime Juice

2 oz. Butterfly Pea Flower Gin

3-4 oz. Soda Water

1 Lime Slice (optional)

Steps

Fill glass with ice.
Add gin, then add lime juice and watch the magic happen.
Top with soda water and give it a quick stir.
Garnish with a lime slice (optional), and enjoy!
