Saké Seduction

Saké Seduction

Made by Suzanne Henricksen

Did you know that you can make cocktails with Saké? There are so many different types of sake which all have different flavor profiles and qualities.

For this one, we used Wakatake “Onikoroshi” Junmai Genshu, which has tasting notes of asian pear, melon, and banana. We toned down the fruit flavor notes a bit and created a spirit-forward masterpiece.

Save this one for a night that you’re having fish tacos or sushi! It’s the perfect pairing
