A perfect start to a meal, especially when you’re looking to switch things up because this version takes it up a notch. The Mezcal Negroni is the cocktail you didn’t know you were missing.
Grab your favorite craft bottles of sweet vermouth, zippy bitter aperitivo, and a beautiful mezcal and mix along with Jena!

Ingredients
1 oz La Quintinye Vermouth Royal, (perhaps the first sweet vermouth to use Pineau des Charentes)
1 oz Bordiga 1888 Bitter Rosso
1 oz Del Amigo Mezcal
A strip of orange zest
Steps
- In a rocks glass, add vermouth, aperitivo, and mezcal
- Add 1 large ice cube and stir.
- Garnish your Mezcal Negroni with a strip of expressed orange zest to add some brightness and enjoy!
